Teaching
As an adjunct instructor in the Human-Computer Interaction graduate program at DePaul University, I have dedicated 17 years to shaping the next generation of design professionals. I developed the curriculum for three graduate HCI courses: Design for Startups, Design for Emerging Technologies, and Mobile Design. Additional courses taught include Human-Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, and Computers & Social Responsibility. Recent student surveys reflect a 4.7/5.0 rating for "effectively presenting and explaining course content."
Beyond the classroom, Iām committed to mentoring students, fostering their growth, and helping them navigate pathways to successful careers in design. I take pride in maintaining connections with many former students.
